All customers must have an account with us to sign the waiver and pay for their courts. Accounts can be made at https://playtomic.com/clubs/padelupusa

Or by downloading the Playtomic app and adding Padel Up as your favorite club.

Our off-peak court booking fees (7am-4pm on weekdays) are $20/person per hour, or $80/hour divided by the total number of players.

Our peak court booking fees (weekends, holidays, and 4pm-11pm weeknights) are $30/person per hour, or $120/hour divided by the total number of players.

Yes! Our rental rackets are $9, and our premium rentals are $19. Premium rentals are like a demo program, and we will refund your $19 if you end up buying that racket from our pro shop on the same day.

Join one of our First Timers Intro to Padel clinics, where you will get an hour on court with a pro for only $20 with free rentals. You can also request a private lesson with one of our incredible pros. Lastly, join our WhatsApp group to find other similar level players to play with.

Open Plays on our schedule are like drop-in matches. Sign up for only $30 (rentals included!) and come play with whoever else shows up. If nobody else does, that court is yours to practice on.

Our private lessons start at $175/hour for one person, or $200 for our Head Pro. Each additional person added to the lesson adds $20, up to 4 total.

If you don’t have 4 people to play with, you can book an Open Match on Playtomic, which will make your match open for any of our users to join. You can set parameters for rating levels, so only people in your skill range can join. There is no risk whatsoever, as your payment will be refunded if the match does not fill.

When you book your match, you can make it an Official Match. Your results would then need to be entered in afterwards, and it will adjust your rating based on your match results, much like a golf handicap. Keep in mind that your rating can go up or down!

Padel Addict & Daytime Warrior Members can cancel up until 12 hours before their reservation.

Casual Player Members can cancel up until 24 hours before their reservation.

Non-members can cancel up until 72 hours before their reservation.

All cancellations before the above times will be refunded to the original form of payment. Any cancellations after these times may not be refunded. Please keep in mind the court booker is responsible for the entire court and will be automatically charged for any unpaid portions of the court.

Check out the Memberships tab on Playtomic for more details.

Our WhatsApp group is the best way to meet others and make matches. You can join it here: https://chat.whatsapp.com/Ja0nX2Oxf9zLlQxD4sLir1

Another great way to meet players is to join our tournaments, where up to 32 players will be here and eager to meet others

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee other people’s reliability. The court booker is responsible for payment of the court, so if any shares of the court are unpaid, they will be charged to the court booker. We will do our best to fill your match with someone else here.

We have a ball machine to help you practice, as well as AI-enabled court cameras to record your play and share your highlights with friends and coaches.

Absolutely! Corporate events and birthday parties work great at Padel Up. We can accommodate 16 players at a time, but have ample space to host events for upwards of 50 people. Please email events@padelupusa.com with your desired date, time, and party details for a quote.

Yes, Padel is great for kids! We have kids clinics and lessons, as well as junior racket rentals. We also pair our kids clinics with an adult open play, so you can drop your kids off at the clinic and play your own matches on the court right next to them.

Our facility is accessible, and you are welcome to watch matches or hang out in our lounge. Unfortunately, because of the nature of our courts and the artificial turf, we cannot allow wheelchairs on the courts.

Sorry, we are a pet-free facility.

Sorry, we do not have showers, but we do have a spacious bathroom to change in.
